Neuroscience Blueprint CoreThe Hope Center Viral Vectors Core provides services to Washington University investigators in the preparation of viral vectors. The Core currently provides lentiviral vectors; we plan to begin offering adeno-associated viral vectors in early 2007. The Core operates as a recharge center on a fee-for-service basis. Services for Hope Center members and Washington University neuroscience investigators are subsidized by the Hope Center for Neurological Disorders and the P30 NIH Neuroscience Blueprint Interdisciplinary Center Core Grant awarded to Washington University. The Core also supervises shared molecular and cell culture equipment in the Hope Center. One of the goals of the Viral Vectors Core is to provide a repository for viral resources and expertise available at Washington University.
