Floyd Bloom keynote speaker at DBBS 35th anniversary celebration PDF Print E-mail

Floyd E. Bloom, M.D., a new member of the Hope Center Executive Committee, recently gave the keynote
address at Washington University's Division of Biology and Biomedical Sciences (DBBS) 35th anniversary celebration.

Dr. Bloom is Professor Emeritus in the Molecular and Integrative Neuroscience Department at The Scripps
Research Institute, and the founding CEO and board chairman of Neurome, Inc. He has received numerous
awards, including the Pasarow Award in Neuropsychiatry and the Hermann van Helmholtz Award, the Sarnat
Award for Mental Health Research, as well as a number of honorary degrees from major universities.
