The National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) invites applications for the Ralph I. Straus Award for Multiple Sclerosis. This award is given to the scientist or scientists of any nationality whose published research has resulted in the development of an effective and specific method of preventing or arresting multiple sclerosis. Recipients of this award will be determined by a special committee appointed by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society at a time deemed appropriate.
Special criteria for the Ralph I. Straus Award for Multiple Sclerosis, consistent with the terms of Mr. Straus's wishes, have been developed by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
