Postdoctoral Research Training

• The Hope Center for Neurological Disorders offers a competitive Hope Center Fellowship Award program
  that provides supplemental funding support for highly qualified postdoctoral scientists (PhDs and MDs) to obtain
  advanced research training at Washington University under the mentorship of Hope Center Faculty Members.
• The Division of Biology and Biomedical Sciences provides updated listings of job opportunities including
  postdoctoral openings.
• Research positions are also listed on the Washington University Human Resources.
• The Department of Neurology has an NIH-sponsored post-doctoral training grant, 5T32NS007205: "Nervous
  System Development and Injury." Current fellows or mentors may contact the Program Director, Dr. David Holtzman.
• The Washington University Office of Post Graduate Affairs provides information for current research associates
  and postdoctoral trainees.

Clinical Research Training Programs At WUSM

Predoctoral Interdisciplinary Clinical Research Training Program

• Program: Two-month summer and one-year "pull-out" programs include didactic coursework, mentored training, and clinical research seminars
• Eligibility: Predoctoral students in medicine, PT, OT, biomedical engineering, audiology and communication sciences, or other allied health professions. Stipends are $3,462 for the summer program and $20,772 for the one-year program.

• Program: Core Curriculum in Clinical Investigation (CCCI), Mentored Training Program and Masters of Science in Clinical Investigation (MSCI).
• Eligibility: Postdocs, clinical fellows, or junior faculty with an MD, PhD, PharmD, or other postdoctoral degree who have support from their department to cover salary and tuition, and protect at least 60% of their time for approximately two years.

• Program: MSCI at Washington University or MPH at Saint Louis University.
• Eligibility: Postdocs, clinical fellows, or junior faculty with an MD, PhD, PharmD, or other postdoctoral degree. 75% salary support is supplied for 2-5 years as well as $25,000 in funds for research, travel and tuition.
